On September 9th, just 66 days after starting production at our new facility in De Soto, Kansas, Panasonic Energy was proud to announce the successful delivery of our one millionth battery cell. This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to the dedication, expertise, and teamwork of our growing community.

Since launching production, we have marked several historic milestones. From developing our very first battery cell in Kansas to completing our inaugural customer shipment, these achievements signal the start of a new era for clean energy manufacturing.

Our progress would not be possible without the steadfast support of our partners. Their collaboration accelerates breakthroughs, strengthens supply chains, and helps us turn ambitions into lasting impact for customers and communities alike.

This summer, we also brought our team together for an Employee Grand Opening event to celebrate the people behind our progress. From ribbon-cutting photo booths and commemorative swag to battery time capsules and “My Why” stories, every moment honored the passion and commitment of our employees.

Our journey is just beginning. As we look ahead to even greater milestones, we remain grateful for the partnership and trust of our employees, partners, and the Kansas community. Together, we are powering the future of clean energy one battery cell at a time.
